I agree. They somehow can't seem to push the brake pedal. If they do to hard they them spin or flip the automobile.

The drivers there are really stupid. Much of the year the roads are covered with snow and ice. The most a car should be doing is perhaps 40 MPH. The radio should always be off, and no conversations with passengers to permit the driver to concentrate on what he/she is doing !

5:56 dog crossed road causes crash.. (5:49), dog is now back over the road @ 6:04, maybe to cause another crash

The clip @ 4:12 , I think the white car was *trying* to create a wreck. Possibly an insurance scam or something? I don't know, but either the driver was a complete idiot, or was really trying hard to get hit~! Kudos to the *cammer* for being on the ball enough to not only keep control, but also not get into a accident either.
