It is. Then 1 coin for each extra move.

Tip buy more cards. You not only get an action right away but it also improves your deck. Using basic cards as an action after round 1 is not so good. I hardly to never do that when tested on BGA. Also unlocking the ability to do both the actions on the two sides is strong.
