The damage is very OP but other than that it'd be a stretch to call thins thing OP The fact it has 1 minute reload and can be killed with Machine Gun if you shoot the barrel is a bigger drawback than what it can potentially dish out.

it's a separate mission, u gotta get 35k points in battle. There's tiers to it so if you haven't gotten the points u gotta buy each tier to get it
