The reason why I love Matt so much is that I can relate to him. And it’s so inspiring that he’s able to do what he does while still having anxiety and social anxiety. Like, I’m so afraid of when I graduate high school because my social anxiety is so bad to the point where I can’t be out in public on my own and can barely go to school. How I’ll be able to go to college, get a job, and live on my own, I don’t know.

Omg I feel this a lot. I try to tell myself that it’s ok tho if some situations go badly, not every interaction is going to be perfect. Socializing isn’t about saying all the perfect things or being your best self, it’s about being how you feel in that moment. So you are transparent and ppl feel comfortable around you. Idk if that made sense but I’m with you and as we get older we get more experience

I’ve found out about the triplets literally yesterday and I noticed I related to Matt the most (personality, like, dislikes, the things he says, etc…) so I started looking into it more and now I realize like we’re both the middle child, we both have social anxiety, we both have anxiety in a drive through. Like I don’t even drive but when I’m in a drive through with other people like say my mom was driving, I still get so anxious cuz I feel stuck like I can’t get through unless someone else leaves and that scares me.

I just recently started watching the Sturniolo triplets and I’m so glad they talk about this stuff openly. I also have severe social anxiety, and to see Matt talking about how bad it’s been for him, just makes me feel like I’ll be able to get better, or at least be able to speak on camera

honestly i can relate so much, this year was a peak of my social anxiety (and anxiety in general) as i went to a new school in a new city. all these everyday struggles really drain you. listening to people talking about this does help a lot. i hope you're having a great day & doing well💘
