They really need to change the App. It's so difficult to navigate. They should have a clear menu system take you directly to what you need like credit card numbers IBAN number. Support ecc. You have to surf all of the place on the app and it's all guess work

I love your reviews! Wanted to take a look at this bank (because it sounded so good) and clicked on your link.but it has so many bad reviews about Bunq,that I'm not even going to try it for free.i don' i'm not trusting my money with a bank with that many issues/bad reviews

Just responded to your other message- but I’ll put it here too... I think a lot of people who give it bad reviews are often people doing unusual/dodgy things. In all my years reviewing and looking at fintechs (and the team at fintech finance included) - none of them have ever had any explicitly bad problems, and like I said, if I ever do come into issues - you’ll be the first to know about it 😉

I feel like there's not enough here about features. I moved from the UK banking mainly with Starling and also Monzo. In the Netherlands I'm stuck with ABN AMRO who still use a calculator looking device to 2FA things. I want to know about Bunq features, does it have pots? Can you auto-pay in to pots? Can I freeze my card? Is support easy etc etc...

You can indeed turn off interest, but whether it complies with Islamic guidance I’m not 100% sure... I was actually going to take a look at new challenger Islamic banking at some point, so stay tuned for that 👍

I like this stu, it's ironic I've just come back from working in Amsterdam, been out there twice this year and do a lot of work in Europe so this looks like a goer, I get the paying in EUR with a GBP account thing, I normally use Starling/Monzo bit this looks a little different
