John has changed so little - Howard bashes him for calling people gay slurs, John first acts offended and says "No I didn't!" then in the same sentence says "Well, not until they called me a dick!" He was using the "Everything I do is OK since they drew first blood" bullshit even back then.

Howard also was the first show to have, lesbians, Trans, gays, etc. He made fun of, AND embraced all the "outsiders/freaks/minorities/religious freaks" etc, at first. Beth era Stern is over the top PC and fell in love with Hollywood. But we got 20+ strong yrs.@@yankquinn9992
