Sometimes actions speak louder than words. Megamind might have messed up, but it doesn't mean that he never cared about Roxanne. Of course, it's not so easy for her to see that at first.
Basic outline for the video in case it's confusing:
-Starts right after Roxanne has found out that Megamind was pretending to be Bernard.
-Everything in black and white is supposed to be memories.
- When the "rain scene" turns to black and white it's because it's later on in the film timeline making the "rain scene" now a memory.
- When Roxanne is on the tower, she's not really supposed to be angry at Megamind for "stuttering" anymore. Instead, it's supposed to be ironic since she's trying to find the right words to get him to save the city. The whole tables have turned sort of thing.
- And in case my artistic vision is lost (not hard with me haha), you might notice that most of Roxanne's memories are of herself and "Bernard" but then in the end of the video she only has memories of Megamind. It's supposed to be because she suddenly realizes that it was the good in Megamind that she had fallen in love with all along (since the scene is where Hal tells her that she sees the good in everything even when it's not there).
- Ends on the cliffhanger of her realizing Megamind (err...Minion?) has come to rescue her.
Phew, probably should have skipped explaining and let you use your imagination to interpret it instead lol.
