Paul Nicholas now looks like a cross between Brian Murphy from George and Mildred and Lionel Jefferies as Grandpa Potts from Chitty Chitty Bang Bang. It’s hard to believe he used to be a heartthrob back in the day, my mum used to fancy him when he was in Just Good Friends.

He aged terribly, when I saw him as Gavin Sullivan in Eastenders I thought WTF happened. Maybe Blonds age more too, just like Red Heads tend to age more as well. But I was sad to see him age so poorly, loved Just Good Friends.

26 out of 30. The ones I didn't get were Paul Nicholas, Karl Howman, Colin Baker and Peter Dean as I never followed "Eastenders". Paul Nicholas looks like a completely different person! Bobby Davro and Michael Aspel look great for their ages. Very enjoyable quiz, Stu.

27 out of 30. Not too shabby! Didn't get Stephanie Powers, Robert Wagner & Catherine Bach. Wasn't much of a fan of 'Hart To Hart' or 'Dukes Of Hazzard'. Excellent quiz though! Who'd have thought that 80s 'Lovejoy' star Ian McShane would go on to have a massive Hollywood career, starring in such blockbusters as the 'John Wick' series of films.

I remember being in London outside the Savoy Hotel one sunny Sunday about three years back. I was waiting for my friend called Heinz Von Furstenberg ( or Pete to his friends ) While waiting for him I heard a voice behind me say "Excuse me, but could you please hold this for me for a moment". As I turned around I saw this rather small woman, in her late 80's or so. She had bright red lipstick and a dark wig. See looked familiar to me then it suddenly came to me, I bent down and said to her " Are you Joan Collins ". Wirh a sparkle in her eye she gave me a lovely smile and said " no, my names Berryl and I'm a cleaner....now give me back my mop".

That was a lot of fun. Many I recognized and recalled their name easily and some I recognized but couldn't recall their name before the time was up. That's the senility approaching I guess. A couple I made hilarious mistakes on. I thought Griff Rhys Jones was Hugh Grant and Jimmy Nail I mistook for Harry Dean Stanton. The biggest shocker of all was how much Paul Nicholas has aged. WOW!

I'd never have ever guessed that was Dawn French, and as others have said, Paul Nicholas looks a lot like Brian Murphy these days. But can I give a shout out to Peter Dean, remembered for his role as Pete Beale in Eastenders. He gave a brilliant performance as Jack Lynn, a criminal in GF Newman's excellent 'Law and Order', which is available on bbc iplayer. If you've never seen it please do yourself a favour
