NNice design for an early transistor portable. I have a "Royal call " portable from the early 60s which, like your Stuzzi, has a 9V battery for the amplifier and 'C' type batteries fir the motor. It works !! It even has the polystyrene clamshell box. The erase head is laughable as its an actual magnet that swings into position when the record switch is engaged :) Again, beautiful Stuzzi machine. Get it working please mate !! :)
