If you don't understand, you probably need to start from video tutorials that say beginners friendly. If you still don't understand after watching this recommended video, try to go and have a one on one training with someone that can actually put you through. I also tried learning from KZbin but it never worked, I opted for a one on one teaching and I understand everything I see on KZbin now.
