Thank you! That sh*t is too expensive... have been saying for months that I am not paying 1500 or 1800 for a shoe that should be 5/6 hundred. The price of luxury is ridiculous. I appreciate those brands that are trying not to gouge folks... I don't care how rich you are--no one wants to throw away money!

Remember when you could get a "really expensive" pair of jeans from a denim boutique for like 250-350 usd? (With in house tailoring included!) I'll never forget my first pair of diesel and true religion. The quality of the garment was off the charts. They had less stretch so they never wore out, they just looked better year after year of conforming to your body. Now they want 800 bucks for lycra? And the silhouettes are changing every week? This is why everyone wears sweats and leggings.

As far as jeans I have been very lucky these past few years at Zara. This year I found the BEST fitting loose, wide, mid rise in a thick denim for $70, I bought it in 2 colours. I swear they look like the Nili Lotan Mitchell jeans that cost over $600. Got the darker and lighter wash and I swear the fit is absolute perfection!

I am completely anosmic to BR540, but I CAN smell Cloud. It’s really pretty, and if you remove all the weird teen plastic from the bottle, it’s pretty, adult, basic bottle. 😊

I go to Marshals and Walmart for my clothes when it is needed, invest better with shoes since I like to walk. As for beauty, I invest in Colorscience sunscreen, bath bombs to soak my feet in, and Dior lip oil.

I so much prefer the Ariana Grande over the Baccarat Rouge. Especially the price! It’s almost like the super high end brands just don’t want us regular people to buy their stuff, so you know what? Keep it! I’d rather travel, tysvm. And in my small town most people don’t know higher end fashion anyway. So dupes are fine. Although I still love a good bag and shoe… yanno? I was lucky enough to find a pair Of Celine heeled sandals at a thrift store last week ($8) and truth be told, I may not have been the most elegant human while darting for them. 😅 As for jeans, I don't usually spend over $80 as I wear out the inner thighs and pocket corners faster than most humans.

I'm so mad about the Baccarat perfume! It was $300 and I got it for Christmas and it doesn't last AT ALL. You have to spray a ton and it's gone by mid-day. My one and only "luxury" perfume booooo
