She's beautiful but I can't help but think about her privilege, had she been born darker/blacker more west african looking would her life had been able to be the same or similar? Colourism has been on my mind a lot lately. It'd be great to see a stylelikeu on Colorism/Shadism I see that you touched on hair texture, its a huge issue for a lot of different black and brown people who descend from people that have been enslaved or colonised. Rashida even started to mention 'her power'. ….i dunno food for thought. Gorgeous lady though, no shade intended and I'm glad she has been able to pursue her dreams. love her jewellery
