I was diagnosed bipolar as well. I was 11! I tried so many meds, nothing ever helped. Mood stabilizers help a little. Bipolar is hard to treat, it is a living hell.

I can definitely relate to her experience with wellness culture as she puts it. Not taking medicine just trying to heal on herbs and positive thing was almost my downfall. Sometimes we need all the resources to heal even modern medicine.
