It’s been over 14 years, they haven’t had a good time developing them because they’ve only took steps further away from what the franchise actually could be. It’s about the money and they keep trying to bait people into their games. EA was desperate back in 2012 because they called that game Most Wanted. They tried to draw in fans of Most Wanted when they already knew that it was a let down from the beginning. Honestly though, Heat could’ve used a few more features and it would have been a bit better. Let’s be honest here, Rockstar stopped making Midnight Club’s because they knew they couldn’t make another good one. Rockstar did the right thing by making that move. I don’t think it will be long before they stop making Need for Speeds.

this game was perfect on the ps2 no micro transactions making you pay not so micro amounts, you payed 1 amount you got 100% full game and it was bug freaking free!!!! the graphics of the ps2 game still hold their own in 2015!! i still play this game and its graphics and gameplay are still awesome!! no wonder the ps2 is the best selling console of all time with titles like this!!!

+S Dew EXACTLY!!! What happened to games! We went soooo far backwards... I would trade all the next gen graphics and gimmicks for the great gameplay and decent content we had before. Sadly, that's not how the market is right now. Paid DLScam and Scamsactions are the norm, zero creativity, bugs are rampant because games aim way to high and inevitably fail to deliver, so we end up with million gigabyte updates every 2 seconds and then nothing once the "sequel" comes along the next year...
