Love this. I had a convo with my husband last night about the world I want for my daughter to live in…she is almost 24…she can survive on her own and is independently stable and in great shape..but…that was in front of the news if you notice the timestamp… This song makes that small hope and prayer parents always silently keep running on sleep mode…. The lyrics solicit the internal voice we have/soul/internal narrator:) asking “please let tomorrow be okay for them too, I’ll take the hit instead-just let it be okay for them” Maybe too deep? That is how it makes me feel.
