I remember when I was 5 I went to Cuba, and I live in a place where there's not many people of colour. I remember seeing a woman with box braids in a large braid, and I thought she was so beautiful. I had never seen hair like that before. I remember thinking she had the prettiest hair ever, and I wondered why I never saw any Disney princesses who had hair as beautiful as hers. I still remember her to this day honestly.
