I've totally adopted the "show the foot, cover the ankle" rule when it comes to jeans! Game changer (for a fellow muscular legged gal). I have the black wool Anine Bing Kaia blazer and I feel like it's super simple and chic with the open back seam like you were talking about. Highly recommend. Such great ideas. Would love to see her help you pack for a trip, or dress you for a week or an event. I would go shopping with a friend of mine who was very stylish and give her "carte blanche", she'd pick my outfits and I'd always be pleasantly surprised since it was usually something I would never think to try.

We all have such different ideas. It’s great. Like I’m still reeling from Allana’s confession about having to match her shoe color to her belt! 😂 Because I don’t think mine have ever matched. I grew up believing that one should never match their shoes and bag and that being too matchy matchy was a ‘style wince’ (my term for fashion that makes you wince). I love the grey pants from the suit! They’re so chic and looked so effortless. I basically have a uniform at this point. I know what suits me and I don’t stray…

Wowzers Dejan What in the witchcraft was that editing lol. I though my eyes were playing tricks on me. The grey suit and the clip back-verbiage was perfectly aligned-how did that work? Lots of great tips! Allana you look good in everything I’ve always loved your style. I’m over hear wondering what she would think of my pajama or Lulu everyday style 😂 I still stuck in the 2020 Rona style. But to my defense I don’t leave my house except for doc appts or kids sports- my body has deceived me! On the road to recovery. But you can bet your sweet booty when I feel good I throw on makeup. Here’s a tip I incorporate in my choice of tops…. Notice the angled sleeve seams in the white sweater ? That automatically gives a feminine shape and always more flattering than traditional shoulder seams, especially if u want to look less boxy 👍🏻💜

OK, but I feel kind of validated😁 in the "regrets" video I did leave a comment, saying that if you pair the grey suite with a white shirt and sneakers it'll look cute😃 Of course, I didn't realized that it was an oversize number, but the fact that Allison styled them separately with white for the blazer and sneakers for the pants (as one of the options)... 😃 YASSS! Also, I feel like Zara has REALLY nice blazer options. I bought two there this past season😊

Hi Allana! I have similar issues regarding the fit of my jeans because I also don't have curves lol But recently I found that the "rowe straight jeans" from the brand weekday are a solution to my problem! You can also try to check them out if you like :)

I think you'd be flabbergasted to learn about kibbe body types, it explains A LOT about why certain outfits just dont work on our body no matter how we want them to :') I found about it last year and it basically was a light bulb lighting up moment for me hahah
