if I take the shoulder length as it is for making collar kameez, the kameez is tight and pulling. how much inch extra in shoulder length should I take. any standard formula is there?

Thanks mam...........for normal collar making we will take 2.75" as standard length......but I feel its tight so I will take 3" neck width on fold....but if u still feel that much it not ok.......u can increase 0.25" and check work it no scrap for best result before trying on pretty fabrics
