Hi, what was the weight of the toy hauler when you finished assembly of the box? Love your work, and the way you presented the build video. What would the cost of building the box on a supplied chassy( as in this video)? Cheers Mick.

My 10 cents opinion, if I have to do it, I will put the silicone, not in a continuous bead but rather like an upside down V without connecting its end. That prevents moisture from being trapped when you have a valley of continuous silicone as it will trap moisture.

Is the multi angle chamfer done on the cnc router or by hand with a template?

The customer wanted a taper at the rear to recess the door rather than have it flush.

A very large and steep trailer))) we have such a big one for passenger cars is prohibited in Russia, but there are no such jeeps)) what is the thickness of the insulation panels ??
