Hey y'all, I believe this may be the 1997 show in Phoenix, that was posted several years ago, and one where they included a great version of Queen Of Spades! This was the tour right after the 1996 reunion tour. My girlfriend (at the time) and I followed both of these tours, as we did with several bands we loved. Stunning! Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame, where are you at??

Hey I’ve seen you around! And lucky!

What is truly sad is that the band recorded this tour on video and most likely we will never see it. Due to the fact that the band split with DeYoung three years after this tour.

I cant find this on cd
@jwoo28244 жыл бұрын
There are two studio versions of it; one is on a solo album by Dennis DeYoung for the Hunchback is Notre Dame musical. The Styx version is on a double live CD called Return to Paradise (probably out of print). There were 3 studio tracks on the live CD; this, On My Way, and Dear John.

Glad Styx isn't in Barry Manilow territory anymore
@lastchance74634 жыл бұрын
Right on...They’re bordering on the territory between a tribute band and glorified dive-bar act now Goofball with that cheap Dennis DeYoung imposter Larry Gowan. Nice quote you copied from Tommy Shaw during a VH1 Behind the Music documentary.

@@lastchance7463 you are totally wrong..... Styx is selling out all their shows.... Playing better music and releasing new music...

Sean Morrison Selling out their shows??? 😂😂😂😂 Where at the Morrison family of 3 backyard barbecue? Wake up and smell the coffee. This band is a shell of its once prominent self; thanks to Goofballs 1 & 2 Shaw and Young respectively.
