Everybody talks about music from the 70's and how great it is. Don't get me wrong, I'm 19 and I love 70's music. But everybody leaves out a great decade for music. My favorite decade. That's right. I'm talking about the 80's.
@patches630910 жыл бұрын
I love 80s as well..Rock was facing competition now from Punk, "New Wave" ( which became alt) and hair band metal. Suddenly with the introduction of the synthesizer many new forms of electronic based music took shape. But the 70's was the last decade to solely focus on guitar, bass, drums and vocals only. Raw compared to today's high tech dubbing and mixing engineered sounds.

Doesn't matter what brought you here. Its good great that you had a taste of sone good music and went searching for it. I didn't like a lot of the music i heard as a kid but grew into it and now appreciate it. Keep searching.

No, the term "on the lamb" was a term used back in the 20th century, which basically meant you were on the run.

I'm a full on country fan. I'll listen to Hank Sr. all the way to modern pop Luke Bryan and Cole Swindell. But man, going back to the music I grew up on. All the truck rides listening to Styx, Queen, Def Leppard, Heart, etc while driving up to Grandma's house 😊 warm feels.

In 2002 in Pittsburgh, this song was the doom of the Cleveland Browns, forcing them to blow a 33-7 3rd quarter lead & lose 36-33. Who else is here in January 2021 after Cleveland made the playoffs for the 1st time since then & are now going back to Pittsburgh, the same place where this song doomed them in 2002, with a chance to break the curse. Who’s here after that?
