No. I don't remember who it was. But, when the SWAC expanded to like 10 teams, some teams joined from those regions and conferences that didn't have the SWAC vibe of the bands lead the crowd energy to support the team. They came in blowing at the opponent all dang game. So, it started spreading and things started getting out of hand. Next, thing we know, Commissioner Rudy Washington comes up with these Rudy Rules to tells bands when they could and couldn't play. It hadn't been the same since.
