I saw these attributes as well, but it turns out that in the regulation of qi there are some counterintuitive thigs which occur in the human body. It also depends on *who* is in that body, and for what purpose. Some beings are actually imprisoned in these bodies, and it takes a different order of magnitude of effort to master them and regulate the qi so that we may express our own spiritual nature. This ties in with neijia qigong and its transmutations of ALL emotions into original energy.

I see that too.. He uses and raises his shoulders a lot in his movement and his chest sticks out a little too much but then he might be different in the way he practices now. Nevertheless, I enjoyed this video.

His 5 elements linking fist looked cool, but I didnt see any water or earth in it. Perhaps it was manifested differently? I still liked it though.

maybe it's just me, but, does anyone get the sense that -at the time of filming- his qi is a bit locked in his chest, somewhere at and/or above his sternum?
