TODAY'S RECIPE IS FAMOUS SWEDISH "SNOWBALL SWEET" | সুইডেনের জনপ্রিয় “স্নোবল মিষ্টি" | LEMON DESSERT
INGREDIENTS:
4 whole eggs
120 gm sugar
120 gm flour
4 gm baking powder
100 ml milk
40 ml oil
Cream~
1/2 cup whipping cream (can be substituted with cream cheese)
50 gm powdered sugar
Lemon cream~
2 whole eggs
150 gm sugar
10 gm cornflour
1 tbsp lemon juice

সুইডিশরা যদি এটাকে মিষ্টি বলে তাহলে আপুকেও মিষ্টির বলতে হবে ! অন্য দেশী খাবারের নিজ ইচ্ছামত নাম দিলে কি হবে!?
