蒜蓉粉丝蒸扇贝的做法:
材料:
扇貝:6只
粉絲(泡开水30分钟或直接煮熟):100克
葱: 1条
红椒:1条
蒜头:10瓣
油:30毫升
盐: 1克
糖: 1克
蒸鱼豉油或生抽: 30毫升
做法:
1. 葱切葱花 ,红椒去籽剁碎 ,蒜头去皮切末。
2. 扇贝和壳清理干净,去泥沙。
3. 油烧微熱,倒入蒜蓉炒香,五成熟左右,加入红椒,炒到金黃色就行,加入盐和糖調味。
4. 把扇貝壳放盘子上,先放粉絲,再在粉丝上放上扇貝肉,鋪上蒜蓉,蒸6分鐘(小个扇贝蒸4分钟)。
5.撒上葱花,每个扇贝淋上5毫升蒸魚豉油即成。
Steamed Scallops with Garlic and Vermicelli:
Ingredients:
Scallops: 6
Vermicelli (soaked in boiling water for 30 minutes Or cooked directly): 100 g
Spring Onion: 1
Red pepper: 1
Garlic: 10 cloves
Oil: 30 ml
Salt: 1g
Sugar: 1g
Seasoned Soy Sauce For Seafood or Light Soy Sauce: 30 ml
Method:
1. Chop spring onion, red pepper (remove seeds), peel and dice the garlic
2. Clean the scallops and shells
3. Heat the oil slightly, add the garlic and sauté until about golden brown. Add the red pepper and stir. Add salt and sugar
4. Place the scallop shells on a plate. Put the vermicelli on, then add the scallops onto the bed of the vermicelli. Spread the garlic sauce and steam for 6 minutes (small scallops need 4 minutes).
5. Sprinkle with spring onions and drizzle with 5ml 'Seasoned Soy Sauce For Seafood' on each scallop and serve.
