Hi. Thank u for the video. I dont see the whstsapp app to be transfered from I phone to Samsung I see only pictures documents and videos but NO whatsapp I use the same phonenumber. I ve dowloaded whatsapp to the new phone ( Samsung) and activated this but No chat history could be transfered from I phone to samsung gallaxy. Any idea's suggestions to get this done? Thks

This is because u already have WhatsApp. What you should do is to delete it

Hi! I transferred WhatsApp using Smart Switch from an iPhone to an S23 Ultra. Apparently, the process worked perfectly, but I noticed that, randomly and without any clear pattern, some conversations were not transferred. Why does this happen? Is there a way to avoid it? Any chance if I try it again the missing chats will get transferred?

Probably the backup that you used was not updated, try to always do a full WhatsApp backup on iCloud before doing the transfer, make sure you have enough storage on iCloud for the full backup

Actually it was fully updated and I have plenty of storage. Not sure whats going on

Installed smart suite app on both phones ( old I phone and the new Samsung Gallaxy. But i dont see the whatsapp app to select.

Try to update absolutely everything. Android, iOS, WhatsApp, Smart Switch, Google Data Transfer, etc.

@@SuAmigoAlex I literally got not update on the messages, when I see it finished the transfer, it didn't even transfer the messages but only downloaded the app.

make a little conversation first on old whatsapp (to make a change from before) and make sure on new device no installed whatssapp (delete it first when already had) try again to connect the two device.
