CG is notorious for horrible comms, someone had to do it 😭 glad it was Suarez! His comms are even becoming less PD like, not only naming streets, but landmarks as well.

Suarez and K I don't know who else would be described as a driver.

I would say in order. Suarez, K, Taco. Most of them can drive pretty decent (except ramos).

Suarez is their best driver right now, K is also good, chawa (summit) if he decides to wake up and ramee only on his good days if he locks in and doesn't read chat

They are good drivers in a bit different ways, but Suarez is the best in most categories, K is good driving in chases as he can drive clean and pretty fast and knows cops, Tuggz is pretty good, but don't focus too much on it, Ramee has the problem of not looking at the road and often kills himself and other from dumb stuff, Taco used to be really good when he isn't riding a horse, Clutch Johnson was one of the best so if he EVER decides to wake back up he might get good again after some practice, probably on level with Suarez and K.
