Fun fact. Not a single time in any of the conflicts between OB and CG members since the start of 4.0 have any of the OB members been arrested, even when they shoot back or shoot first even. Not once. In almost every situation were CG have been in a conflict, or left a victim with sufficient evidence on them that they fired a hot gun, the other side has been let go and not investigated. Could be literally every situation. I struggle to think of a time in 4.0 were the other side did get arrested but I'm not going to 100% say that because I might just be forgetting the like 1 time (outside of clowns, that shit doesn't count) lol. It's the most wild obvious bias I have ever seen in NP and it blows my mind it hasn't been addressed OOC. I don't like to through the OOC motivations thing out, but when it comes to the PD it's clear. I mean hell you even have cops publicly stating they treat CG how they do because of the past. So there is really no refuting that. No clue why it's not being addressed as it's a problem that expands out of the scope of in game RP. Because there is LITERALLY no good excuse for a cop to be roleplaying letting the other side go from violent conflicts that clearly had participation from both sides.

The classic case of cops using ooc information such as knowing Suarez gun is hot, breaking laws and sops to be able to run his gun. Then once they run his gun they see its hot so they ignore they illegally did everything and charge the person. Cops do this and keep doing this because there is literally nothing stopping them from breaking protocol to do illegal shit which will fuck over criminals and criminals just have to suck it up (the admins don't do anything ooc to remedy it like reimbursing the person or retconning it). So tldr cops break laws and sop to able to charge crims, cops never get punished, and criminals will never get the money back cause the brandead judges are all pro cop
