@@dredocs exactly and here in Chicago they was dropping alot of music on features Newsense from the group dropped a solo album but the problem was it was all local this before internet and KZbin so unless you was here in the Chi you couldn't get there stuff and it hurt them nationally they never got a fair shot. The game missed out on many great Chicago artists Triple Darkness, Drama Ward, Qualo, etc.

Back in the 90s the South stuck together on this Rap music. This is why I believe the south has run the game for so long. I'm from New Orleans and Comin Out Hard was playing crazy here . Fun Fact- Gangsta Pat would be the artist, that introduced 8ball, to OTS records, as Pat was the first premiere artist to come out of Memphis!
