안녕하세요. 소이라떼입니다. 이 영상은 실제로 미국 콘서트를 가기위한 티켓팅이 아닌 월드투어를 시작하는 아이유의 콘서트를 보기 위한 해외 팬분들의 티켓팅은 어떨지 어려움을 체감해보고 소통하고자 시도하게 된 티켓팅 입니다. 또 월드투어를 계획 중에 있으나 티켓마스터 사이트가 처음이라 접근이 어렵고 낯선 국내팬들에게 작은 도움이 되고자 직접 실시간으로 티켓팅에 참여하고 그 과정을 촬영하고 제작한 티켓팅 가이드 영상이기도 합니다. 티켓팅 시도 결과 운 좋게 좋은 대기순번을 배정 받고 우연히 플로어 좌석도 잡고 결제창 까지 넘어갔으나, 공연을 실관람하거나 티켓 리셀이 목적인 티켓팅이 아니었기에 제가 결제를 취소한 표가 다른 팬에게 돌아가길 바라는 마음으로 티켓을 놓아줬습니다. 결제를 하지 않고 티켓을 놓고 보니 한 해외 팬분이 영상을 보고 남겨주신 댓글 처럼 티켓 양도 시스템이 잘 갖춰진 미국이기에 조금 번거롭더라도 티켓을 필요로 하는 팬에게 정가로 재판매하는 방법을 택했더라면 어땠을까 하는 아쉬움도 남았지만, 미국 계좌 개설의 어려움이 있었으며 애초에 영상 기획에도 없던 일이라 무리하게 결제를 하지 않고 당시에 그냥 티켓을 놓게 되었습니다. 이번 미국 티켓팅을 통해 한국과 다르게 미국에서는 티켓 리셀이 합법인 것을 알게 되어 놀랐으며 천정부지 수준의 프리미엄 티켓 가격에 한번 더 놀라게 되었고 티켓마스터의 티켓 가격 폭리와 독점 문제를 알게 되었습니다. 현재 미국에서 티켓 리셀이 합법이라 할지라도, 미국 팬들 역시 티켓마스터의 독점과 암표상에 대한 문제를 끊임없이 제기하고 있으나 현 상황에서 티켓마스터 사이트의 독점을 막을 방법은 없어보였습니다. 아이유도 지속적으로 암표와의 전쟁을 선전포고한 상황에서 이러한 티켓마스터의 문제와 말도 안되는 프리미엄 티켓 가격의 문제점을 꼬집고 싶은 마음도 있었습니다. 프리미엄 가격이 붙은 좌석의 가격이 그 공연의 가수에 대한 인기의 척도로 보기도 하지만 그 표가 팔리는 일은 절대로 없어야할 것입니다. 좋아하는 아티스트가 해외에서도 인정 받는 모습에 팬으로서 뿌듯한 마음이 들지만 이 문제에 대해 조금 더 깊이 생각하고 들여다볼 필요가 있다는 생각이 들었습니다. 오랜 시간이 걸리더라도 팬심을 이용하는 암표상들이 근절될 수 있도록 세계적으로 올바른 공연 문화를 만들어나가는데 동참해나갔으면 좋겠습니다. 티켓마스터에서 티켓팅을 준비중인 팬분들에게 도움이 되었으면 하는 마음에 시도한 티켓팅이었으나, 현실적인 문제로 가지 못할 공연의 티켓팅에 참여하여 제가 잡았다 다시 놓은 표가 그 순간에 누군가의 간절한 티켓일수 있었겠다는 생각을 뒤늦게 했습니다. 그리고 그 티켓이 아이유를 사랑하는 팬에게 다시 돌아갔길 진심으로 바랍니다. 의도치 않게 불편한 마음을 드렸다면 그 의견에 대해 달게 비판 받겠습니다. 죄송합니다. 감사합니다. +추가) 애틀란타 티켓팅 당시 정각이 되었는데도 웨이팅 룸에서 대기순번 화면으로 자동으로 바로 넘어가지 않아서 새로고침을 눌렀습니다. 웨이팅 룸 입장 이후 대기 순번은 랜덤으로 배정되며, 대기 순번이 뜰 때까지 화면이 넘어가지 않더라도 새로고침 하지 않는 게 좋다고 합니다. 실제로 로즈몬트 티켓팅은 새로고침을 너무 많이 눌렀고 그래서 14000번대를 받은 게 아닐까 싶습니다. 사실 멜론티켓도 새로고침을 하냐 마냐 서버 상황에 따라 다를때도 많지만 티켓마스터의 경우 웨이팅 룸에서 새로 고침을 하면 순번이 뒤로 밀린다고해요. 아이유 월드투어 계획 중인 유애나분들께 조금이나마 도움이 되었길 바라며 모두 티켓팅 성공하시길 바랄게요! Even if ticket resell is legal in the U.S., U.S. fans are constantly raising issues about Ticketmaster's monopoly and scalping, but there seems to be no way to prevent the monopoly of Ticketmaster's site under the current situation. At a time when IU continued to declare war on scalpers, she wanted to point out the problems of ticket masters and the ridiculous premium ticket prices. The price of a seat with a premium price is seen as a measure of popularity for the singer of the performance, but the ticket should never be sold. I feel proud as a fan of the way my favorite artist is recognized overseas, but I thought I needed to think and look into this issue a little more deeply. Even if it takes a long time, I hope you will participate in creating a world-wide correct performance culture so that scalpers who use fan spirit can be eradicated. I tried ticketing in hopes that it would be helpful to fans preparing for ticketing on Ticketmaster, but I belatedly thought that the ticket I grabbed and put back could have been someone's earnest ticket at that moment. 문득 예전에 인터파크에서 뮤지컬 티켓팅 하다가 새하얀 눈밭 경험하고 새벽 두시에 졸면서 취켓팅 하던 기억이 스쳐지나갔어요....ㅎㅎ 순간 그 짧은 순간에 정말로 계획에도 없던 미국 여행을 잠깐 꿈꿨답니다... 앞으로 더 오픈될 해외 티켓팅에 도전할 유애나분들에게 도움 될 영상이었으면 좋겠습니다 툭툭 살다가 상암콘 때 또 만나요!!

티켓팅 성공했지만 티켓은 놓아줬어요ㅠㅠ 저 대신 다른 팬분의 품으로 돌아갔길..! 🙏정말 지은 보유국에 태어나서 다행이고 행복해요... 70살 된 아이유 체조 경기장에서 디너쇼 까지 함께해요.... 할머니 되어서도 티켓팅 할 운명....👵

티켓마스터에 들어갔으면 새로고침 하면 안되요😂 알아서 자동으로 넘어가기 때문에 새로고침하면 뒤로 밀립니다 사람이 몰려서 서버가 느려져 바로바로 안넘어갈 수 있는데 그런다고 새로고침하면 티켓은 날아가는거에요 바로 안넘어가는 때가 더 많기 때문에 기다려야합니다 +추가 한국처럼 사이트가 정각에 빠릿빠릿 넘어가지 않기때문에 인내심을 가지고 기다려야합니다

안녕하세요 알려주셔서 감사합니다!! 저도 여기저기 정보를 찾아봤을 땐 웨이팅 룸에서 새로고침을 하지 않아도 된다고 해서 기다렸는데, 막상 정각이 되어도 화면이 넘어가지 않아 조급한 마음에 애틀란타 때는 새로고침을 누른 것 같습니다. 애틀란타는 운좋게 서버의 선택을 받은 것 같기도 합니다. 티켓마스터에서 티켓팅 하시는 유애나분들이 저와 같은 실수를 하지 않도록 참고할 수 있게 고정 댓글에 추가 설명 올려놓겠습니다 :) 그러고보니 로즈몬트 때는 너무 많이 눌러서 14000번대로 밀려난 것 같아요.. 😂

미국 사는 유애나입니다 아틀란타 티켓팅 2000번대로 들어가서 성공했고 한 번 튕겨서 식겁했으나 꽤 괜찮은 자리 겟 했습니다 리셀가 최고액은 5000불대까지 봤고 2층은 100불대로 구할 수 있더라고요? 그리고 하나 얘기하자면 미국은 넓어서 아틀란타 티켓팅 실패했다고 다른지역까지 가진 않습니다... 나라가 커서 가기 힘들어요...대부분 리셀로 구해서 갑니다 가는것에만 의의를 두면 갈 순 있으니까요 멀어서 안보이더라도....

대박!!!! 성공 축하드려요!!! 👏👏아니 리셀가 최고액이 5000불이라니 도를 넘었네요... 😨 생각해보니 미국은 정말 그렇겠네요. 애틀란타와 로즈몬트의 거리를 가늠하지 못했어요. 지방에서 서울로 오는 것도 일인데 그것과는 차원이 다르겠네요.... 어쩔 수 없이 팬들이 리셀을 구해서라도 가는 게 너무 속상하네요. 자체적으로 프리미엄 좌석을 풀어버리는 티켓마스터에 문제점이 정말 많은 것 같습니다. 한국에서는 본인 티켓이 아니거나 프리미엄 거래 적발 시 부정 거래로 간주하여 티켓이 취소되는데, 미국은 티켓 마스터를 통하지 않으면 공연장 대관 자체가 어렵다고 하니 암표와의 전쟁을 선전포고한 아이유도 어쩔 수 없었을 것 같다는 추측을 해보게 되네요....

This is so funny. I was in the same waiting room with you, but entered as number 14,500. There was not a single seat when I finally got through. I would have gladly bought that ticket you had from you 🙂. Now, many are showing up. At least I know what the original prices were thanks to your video.

Actually, I thought of you trying to get tickets to Atlanta, so I randomly followed you to get tickets to the U.S. The problem with Ticketmaster was that I felt difficult at first because I only tried ticketing in Korea. I tried ticketing because I wanted to talk and communicate with you. I thought I would fail, but I was embarrassed that I succeeded. If you enter the waiting room an hour in advance, the server will randomly assign you a waiting order. Is it better if you come in early? Actually, it's also called random. It's important to wait without pressing refresh. It seems similar to Korean ticketing, but I learned about the differences. The problem with Ticketmaster... If I had known I would be successful, I would have looked into the way to transfer this ticket to you at a regular price. After paying for the ticket, I was surprised to hear that I couldn't cancel the payment. It's such a shame. I don't know when it will be, but if she gets a chance to do another concert in the U.S., I will do so next time.

@@soylatte Ticketmaster is very controversial here. They sell the tickets for almost every major concert and sporting event in North America. Their fees are extremely expensive, and as you experienced, the ticket buying experience to any major event can be painful. I think we entered the waiting room around the same time, but ended up in very different positions in the queue. This was the first time I was in the waiting room so early, and the worst position I’ve ever had in a queue. And the only time an event sold out before I could get tickets. The one thing Ticketmaster is good at are the verified resale tickets. They are guaranteed and you don’t have to worry about counterfeit tickets, which are a problem for major events. I often buy my hockey tickets here, as they can be as difficult to find as IU tickets! I still plan to go to Atlanta for the concert. I’m checking the resale tickets on Ticketmaster daily (like watching a stock on the stock market 😂) and waiting for the right price at the right location. They did have a pair of front row centre stage last week for $4,200 each, just a little bit expensive lol. Since I have good friends there I can take the money I save on accommodation and apply it to the ticket price. If you change your mind about coming to a North America show, come to Atlanta. It has a really large Korean population, and at that time of year every time you go outside it’s a free sauna experience!

@@Dcw535 Does Ticketmaster not notify you of the original price of the ticket by seat rating? It's such a hard ticket to get, but I was so lucky to think about it, but I think I kicked that luck. 🥲 It's useless now, but it's a shame to think about it again. Why couldn't I think of handing it over to you! I hope you get a resell ticket in front of you at a reasonable price in a reasonably good seat. I'm glad you have good friends. Even if you change your mind, it will be difficult for me to get those tickets now. Good luck with your trip to Atlanta concert.

@@soylatte Ticketmaster shows the prices of the tickets available. Since all of the original seats were sold out by the time I got in, I have only been able to see the resale prices, not the original ones. I’m confident I will get a good resale ticket. It will be interesting to see the difference in the concerts here compared to the ones in Seoul, especially how merchandise sales work and how much time she spends talking with the audience. I read the four Seoul concerts were over three hours long! She adds so much to the shows with the stories she tells. I have the Love Poem and Golden Hour concerts on Blu Ray, so I can turn on the English subtitles to understand what she’s saying. I think she will be more reserved here, like most people are when they are not speaking in their native language. I would like to see her in Seoul one day with a good translation app 🙂.

I just came across this video and I had to laugh at the resale ticket prices comment and the fact you mentioned this is the land of capitalism which is 100% true. I bought tickets for both California shows, but I had to buy it at resale because I was 28,000 in queue for Oakland and 58,000 for LA. I have learned from enough concerts and queueing in ticketmaster that even if I am above 1000 in queue, I will probably give up and buy resale because I have no choice if I want to get close seats. Ticketmaster is the only official option and if you fail to buy it initially, you have to buy resale :(

thanks for sharing your perspective! Unfortunately you are right America is truly land of capitalism. Even though shows are "sold out", most of them went to scalpers. True fans will likely have to purchase resale or miss the chance of seeing IU. I was lucky enough to get a floor seat to DC (but I paid a slight premium for it). I wish the ticketing system would be better here in the U.S, but too bad Ticketmaster is greedy

It's amazing that you made it to the Washington, D.C. floor ticket. Congratulations! 🎉🎉 Korea is also working to get rid of scalpers, but eradicating scalpers is not easy even in Korea due to the low level of punishment. For that reason, the artist's agency or singer is taking the regulations and punishment to get rid of scalpers. IU's agency is working hard to eradicate scalpers by canceling tickets by considering them as illegal transaction tickets if caught during the scalper trade. For the first time, the company introduced a screening process in which fans who report their tickets and submit their evidence to the agency are given tickets. They will be permanently expelled from the fan club list so that they can never join again. I'm scared of the monopoly of Ticketmaster. Through this ticketing in the U.S., I am deeply interested in the problem of Ticketmaster and taking the problem seriously. I am so angry at the reality that real fans have no choice but to pay a premium or buy resell tickets for scalpers. 👿

안녕하세요 보통 한국에서의 콘서트 티켓 가격은 비싸도 20만원 내 가격입니다 :) 가장 좋은 자리 기준 16-18 정도 평균인 것 같아요. 점점 오르고 있는 추세지만요…! 티켓마스터는 티켓 가격이 정찰제가 없어서 한국 처럼 미리 공지하지 않아 사실상 정가랄게 없이 리셀가가 다양하게 붙는 것 같아요….! 🥹

답장이 늦어 죄송해요 🥲 찾아보니 런던 티켓팅은 4/15에 이미 끝난 것 같아요… 그 날 런던이랑 베를린 둘 다 했었네요. 런던콘은 axs 사이트에서 열렸고 베를린은 티켓마스터에서 열렸나봐요. 해외콘 티켓팅 일정은 그때 그때 X(구 트위터)에서 공지가 떠요. 아이유 계정 팔로우 해두시면 일정 참고하시는데 도움 되실 거예요!!!

The first 5 minutes of your video was pointless because of our new she sold out in 15 minutes and yes Taylor Swift have the same problem with tickets Ticketmaster. Unfortunately they are Monopoly in the only game in town

I remember, about 10 minutes later, I was curious about the remaining seats, so when I went back into Atlanta, all seats were sold out. Cancellations that bounced during the payment phase occasionally appeared in real time, but it was hard to catch. All seats were sold out in 15 minutes. The power of her tickets is amazing. For your information, IU's agency cancels tickets in Korea because it considers them fraudulent if they are not in her name to eradicate scalpers. The same is true if premium ticket transactions are caught. Korean fans are implementing a system that detects the current status of fraudulent transactions sold by scalpers, secures evidence to the artist's agency, and returns the invalidated ticket to the fan who reported the fraudulent transaction when submitted by e-mail. Currently, the problem of monopoly seems so serious that Taylor Swift is forced to do so. It's a very difficult problem because it's difficult to rent a concert hall without going through Ticketmaster.

공연 티켓팅일 기준으로 매진이 되면 전석매진으로 본답니다 :) 암표나 취소표는 어떤 공연이든 항상 나오기 때문에 티켓이 남으면 현장 판매로 진행하기도 해요! ☺️

안녕하세요. 암표 판매는 한국에서 현행법상 불법이지만, 처벌 수위도 매우 낮고 처벌의 근거가 되는 법률이 제대로 마련돼 있지 않을 뿐 현행법상 암표를 파는 것은 불법이 맞습니다. 한국콘텐츠진흥원에서도 암표를 근절하기 위해 암표신고센터를 운영하고 있습니다. 다만 암표 신고 건수는 점점 늘어나는 추세이지만 처벌 사례는 한 건도 없었다고 합니다. 매크로 프로그램을 이용해 티켓을 대거 산 뒤에 되파는 행태를 처벌할 법률이 마땅치 않기 때문이라고해요. 암표 판매를 단속하는 경범죄 처벌법이 있긴 하지만, 벌금이 20만 원으로 미미한데다가 현장 판매만 처벌할 수 있다는 한계가 있어요. 다행히 올해 3월 중으로 공연법이 바뀌어 암표 거래를 처벌할 수 있는 근거가 마련되어 1년 이하의 징역이나 천만 원 이하의 벌금으로 처벌 수위도 대폭 커진다고 합니다. 다만 전문가들은 단순히 형량을 늘리는 것으론 부족하다고 지적합니다. 벌금에 비해 훨씬 많은 이익을 얻을 수 있어 처벌을 감수하고 암표를 파는 사람이 나올 것이기 때문이죠. 결국은 암표를 사는 사람이 줄어야 암표상도 사라질 거라는 이야기가 나옵니다! 아이유 소속사에서는 암표 거래시 적발 될 경우 이를 부정 거래 티켓으로 간주해 티켓을 취소시키는 처벌을 통해 암표 근절에 힘 쓰고 있습니다. 티켓을 신고해 증거를 소속사로 제출한 팬들에게 티켓을 주는 포상인 ‘암행어사 전형’도 최초로 도입했습니다. 이외에 성시경, 장범준도 직접 나서서 암표 근절에 적극적으로 나서고 있고요. 얼른 공연법 개정안이 시행되어 처벌 수위가 더욱 강해지면 좋겠네요. 영상 봐주셔서 감사합니다 :)

@@soylatte 그래서 저도 개정안이 빨리 통과되길 바라지만 국회에서 계속 표류중이네요 ㅠ 암표시장이 워낙 크고 잡기 쉽지않기 때문에 대부분의 나라에서 공권력 투입을 부담스러워 하는게 현실이라 합니다..
