Hello, I am Zero Chou, the director of the series. Many viewers found the ending of Q18: Quantum Prophecy to be unbelievable. In fact, the concept of the multiverse is derived from quantum mechanics. As a quantum system, the characters Black and White can transcend the three-dimensional world perceived by humans and reach the 11-dimensional spacetime. This allows them to return to the point of their origin and experience a different historical path. Quantum mechanics defies human intuition. While the 11 dimensions might be unimaginable to humans, for quantum AI, mathematics is the true reality. However, three-dimensional humans mistakenly regard matter as the only true reality of the universe, which reflects the limitations of human perception. For a quantum system, the material world is merely a projection of mathematics.

@@周美玲-m5o thank you for your explanation of the multiverse ..... new alternate path possibility..... but one question while the 2 AI ( per quantum mechanics) can choose to go back to origin and follow an alternate path ..... can the 3 dimensional human( aka their creator the doctor) do that and create them as semi human clones??? There are really almost no stories scrutinizing and showing this complex scientific themes, so I guess for many viewers is really difficult to follow these ideas on quantum, nano and multiverse, to understand better this Series in all the layers it presented. The Film "Transcendence" from 2014 is the only one I knew before your series dealing with such a story. That is probably why I loved the ending, with Black and White transcending and "going back to the source" (Matrix Trilogy); resetting their entire story and starting anew, experiencing an alternative path, while keeping their memories, feelings and knowledge. @@haimantiupadhyay5162 That is the key issue problem with this multiverse stories. It can only work for one entity at a time, but not for an entire group. Otherwise is just an "alternative reality", and not really a different dimension. So in the end... the "new story" is basically a sort of what Back & White "subconsciously" wanted to experience. Since they both build an entity (unity) together, and they both transcend together at the very same place and time, that "new story" we see in the end is their own new story, and the other people involved behave the way they both imagine (or desired) that they would do to a certain extend. Otherwise there would be too many contradictions in the characters development. This means the other humans are not able to transcend like Black and White. They remain in their "human dimension", and continue living without having Back and White. Cheers...!

Interesting questions....also the cloning is pure physical activity involving processes.... how is that possible without the actual entity of t human doctor in this case where he takes tissues n DNA.... hmmmmm .... questions and questions..... of course I am not at all fully cognizant of t intricacies of quantum mechanics and quantum computing.... how will matter behave in a quantum world.... how does wave, particle and quantum mechanics correlate and is it interchangeable.... loved talking about this with you.... will make it even more interesting if Ms. Director also gives her point of view

@@haimantiupadhyay5162 I seems that you are missing the key word in AI: intelligence. 😉 Compile all the different meanings of "intelligence" together, specially the one defined in Psychology, which follows as: "The ability to learn from - and adapt to - new situations; and to use that knowledge to create a desired outcome." Why would be only "a human doctor" be required to process DNA or cloning? In the Matrix trilogy that was done really successfully by a well organized system of machines, for example, controlled by a central AI. So ... any entity with that knowledge would be able to do it too. As for the other questions ... I think you should better ask yourself: - Are Back and White really "humans" in the last part of the story? 😏 - How can we consider them "humans" if they have transcended to another dimension? 🤔 Since the multiverse is a just a hypothetical thesis unable to be proven, this Series tries to propose its own multiverse structure. BUT that structure is not complete by the end of Episode 8. That is why there are many questions still open, and why the story needs to be continued, to make the entire multiverse structure proposed in the script completely visible to the audience. 看完後的感想是，整部故事的開頭就是小匡母親為了救他，而設計的局。 黑子白子並不是AI，而是複製人。 而為了減少愧疚感，柯博士將他倆的腦海灌輸或者植入了誤以為自己是AI的“回憶”，但其實他們倆壓根就是有血有肉的“人” 先前的故事真假參半，並讓他們以為自己是永生的AI，參與故事之中，透過這一連串的事，讓他們學會愛，並以為自己真的是由無情、長生不死的AI到複製小匡的DNA後重生成人類。 因為以為自己是不死的AI，所以當有了感情後，想知道死亡是什麼、想了解什麼是愛，所以心甘情願的當一回“人類” 藉以讓柯博士減少殺“人”的愧疚感

I will try to explain what I understood....so this is another alternative... remember the title of this episode was multiverse.... so till now we saw the story where kuang was just a brain and experienced everything virtually and eventually ended badly.... in this alternate universe kuang refused to live like a brain, but since he suffers from ALS, he needs to be constantly supplied new tissues and cerebrospinal fluids. So the father transformed the two AI s into semi-humans( with shorter life span) using cloning system using KUANGS DNA and tissue part possibly from the Kuang and parents.... thus the mother said like pets to be used for Kuang... so that their son can live ..... something organ farming/ body farming.... She also said they will love White and black( Haizi and Baizi) like son's but with ulterior motive...... a series full of deeper ethical issues.... I just loved it.... it's not at all a bl ( just a minor element) it's a full series with deep ethical issues of using technology to alter human life and consciousness

I saw that you are the director Ms. Zero Chou.... while I cud not read your reply as it's in chinese( as I said I am unable to autotranslate to English).... saw your pinned msg... thank you so much for giving this series.... it's really bold of you and the producers to do this Sci fi series with such a unique plot and storyline.... I am sure there are few takers for these type of series...I for myself loved it....my sincere compliments to you and t team, the direction, acting, script was top notch not only that the set design( very minimal and futuristic) and cinematography was very well thought of and edgy... how a sci-fi should be .... the only con/loophole in t the plot was ..... if quantum science can be used for prolonging life span why wasn't it used to address the cause of t disease itself using quantum computing and bioengineering..... but I guess the main point of t series was more t ethical issues so I'll leave it at that ..... but kudos to you and t team ❤️❤️❤️😘

這劇情果然很有趣~ 那些被困在意識的人們都回到現實生活 把前面劇情的所有主角都有圓滿結局 而 黑子白子因為小匡的數據更有人性化 黑子白子變成有血有肉的生命，會悲傷會流淚會不捨 原時空的小匡（大腦）被他爸摧毀了 只剩下他爸獨自一人在世上 他老婆也離世了 但平行重疊時空裡 小匡媽媽複製了小匡的原有身體跟細胞讓黑白子的重生有生命 繼續活在新的時空裡

Great final Episode, with such a completed multiverse structure really difficult to imagine as reality. 😲 🤗 🤩 That last question 7 for BLACK and WHITE as dialectic contradiction completes the equation: Thesis (AI White) - Antithesis (AI Black) - synthesis (White & Black as human couple): 如果再給你一次機會，你還是會選擇當「人」嗎？ If you were given another chance: Would you still choose to be "human"? BUT they were not given that chance. It was made for them. 🤔 The really interesting part would be seeing them as humans ... without their AI super intelligence. What kind of profession and hobbies would they both like to enjoy? And also really essential: Would they become a human gay couple ... or develop a stronger and independent personality? Unfortunately this is how the story ends, so... we will never know. 🤷‍♂ Cheers...!

@@JustThai_BoysLove this opens up a chance for season 2😊.... this series was so much more than a bl( which was a minor part of t story).... a well done Sci fi is not a mean feat... though a lot is done through graphics and simulation but still conceptualizing the shots would be so difficult and challenging..... I absolutely loved the long drone shots of the scenes of black and white through the huge trees.... seemed like transcending reality....just well done..oh just to add, loved t title track as well .... tried to look for it in spotify but was unable to find it....any clue where I can have it??
