@@deedeeschway9566 Some people use the word "babysit" interchangeably for "parenting" - my parents used the word babysitting regardless of weather it was my mum, dad or uncle baby-sitting me. I get that the word 'babysit' doesn't make sense when talking about your own kids but it's probably because the word 'babysit' is commonly more used and less formal than 'parenting'. [Also I think the previous two commentors misunderstood what you were pointing out. From thier replies it seems as though they mistook your comment of "Dad's don't baby sit their own kids" as in 'Dads aren't responsible for looking after (babysitting) their own kids" which is why they reacted that way.]

I made this - the chicken cooked in the tomatoes with chilies is perfect. I skipped the tortillas and ate it with tortilla chips instead (for a nice crunch). I love the connection of "sharing a meal" (at least a receipe) with my favorite six boys from the other side of the world.
