🥄🥗 Granola Recipe
Ingredients: Rolled oats, pecans, walnuts, cashews, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, Ami seeds,
Sauce: Extra virgin olive oil, honey, maple syrup
(ingredient to source ratio 6:1)
(Nuts can be replaced with your favorite)
- Based on paper cups (if you want to make a lot, you can use a large cup.)
1. Put the ingredients in a bowl.
Ingredients: 3 cups of rolled oats, 1+1/2 cups of nuts (pecans, walnuts, cashew nuts),
1+1/2 cups of seeds (sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, and seaweed seeds)
Sauce: 1/2 of honey, 1/2 of olive oil, and 2T maple syrup to taste in one paper cup,
Liver: I added about 1/2t of salt.
2. Mix all ingredients, sauce, and salt and bake in the oven at 130 degrees for 45 minutes.
(Turn the ingredients over every 15 minutes to bake evenly.)
(I set it at 150 degrees, but please check the oven specifications and bake it at around 110-130 degrees.)
3. Once baked, add dried fruit of your choice and it’s done.

Me relaja tus vídeos incluso pongo algunos de sus consejos en practica 😊.En España sobre todo en el sur una comida resfrescante es...6. tomate maduro quitar la piel ,medio pepino pequeño, medio diente de ajo, un poco de vinagre de manzana y un poco de aceite de oliva,batirlo todo,se toma bastante frio,conguene refrigerar, es un plato solido lleno de antioxidante fresco,añade huevo cocidos troceados y taquitos de tostas de pan antes de servir,buen provecho.Saludos desde España ❤
