Yeah also no trees, no soil, no plants compared to most part of India... So the air pollution will be more too.. Also she already mentioned that it's a famous shopping area with many foreigners and I think india also has places like that🙃 . And if all parts of India is completely tiled (or industrialized) like that then there will be an increase in the sea level thus causing increased rate of floods compared to now. And the 'dirty' places can be changed only if the society is more educated but I don't think all of India is 'dirty'. The vehicle thing is as india has a high population and most of them use private transport instead of public ones
