I've never liked the persimmon fruit but this dish is making me want to try it again. Its motivated me to not only do the drying out method but also cook this dish. I love Kimchi and this makes me want to break my carb diet and eat kimchi with a huge bowl of rice YUM!

Like, i cant blame minho for eating 4 bowls of rice, i may eat 2 bowls of rice also but i restrained myself!!
