Add some salt between the layers to keep them from moving around. It adds friction so the boards don't split or move when glued.

Is the table 2 ft x 4ft.. how tall is it? Is it 36 inches in height? Are you gluing up 1/2 inches to make the legs? I would love the pdf plans with dimensions. Any available. I have been wanting to make a portable work bench. Please advise ad ty

If one made it with opposite side with the legs, then it could become a table for a table saw, which could be rolled away when not in use.

Great idea. But my question is that, isn't it too short?
@dekayscrafts4 ай бұрын
To be honest.... I made a mistake in the calculations and it ended up being short. I realized it after I made it... So I was a little sad 🤣
@aserta4 ай бұрын
@@dekayscrafts IMO it's short for a bench, BUT... this is perfect for on site work. Like with the boxes you showed at the start (or other similar systems from other brands) you roll out with them in cart mode, then you unfold it, and it's perfect size to put the boxes and work from them. If i'm not mistaken, most, if not all of these systems have the provision to allow you to put a work surface on the top most box, which means that if you have a piece of ply - with the boxes under, that's going to be a work bench and easy access to the boxes. There's no minuses in my book, i think the cart is perfectly sized for that. And you've proven the thing is solid when you climbed on top of it, there's no question about its robustness (which is important). I like it.

Now can you take this cart and add the “all terrain” three wheels to make this an all in one? I don’t see why it can’t be done and I love the idea that three wheels aid in going up and down either uneven terrain or stairs

@dekayscrafts4 ай бұрын

Hello, I just wanted to let you know that not all of your subscribers, including me, speak the language of Shakespeare and I'm sorry about that. So putting subtitles is good, but it's better that the person watching chooses the language in which they want to put the subtitles. Actually, I don't know if KZbin has asked you, the content creators, to put subtitles in your videos to increase the number of views, because I have noticed that for some time now, more and more of you are adding subtitles, of course, but in English, and either there is no other choice because KZbin does not offer them, or the language in which we can read what you say but translated into a language other than English, overlaps the one that is automatically integrated, and there it complicates things a little more so that other nationalities can follow, already reading subtitles and visually following what is happening is an exercise that is not so "easy" or pleasant, but if in addition you have to try, in the short time allotted to read a subtitle, to decipher what is written, you cannot do it. So please, for the next videos, try to remember that we don't all speak English and that it's better to let KZbin suggest whether or not to put subtitles, I think it will be better for everyone. And if by chance it would be a new instruction from KZbin you can tell them that it's a bad idea to integrate subtitles directly into the video and that it's better to let the viewers choose and submit this comment to them, thank you ;o)

I have already added the translation subtitles. Select the language setting from the settings button at the bottom right.
