Turns out that food based cholesterol isn't the problem, it's the fat. Food Studies on these things have to be taken with a literal Grain of Salt. After all, they spent decades saying how healthy Margarine was only to find that it wasn't any better than butter, & when it had Trans fatty acids, it was actually worse than butter. Too much of anything is bad, as is too little of the things your body needs...and each human body has a different balance of needs due to Genetics, Health History, & Microbial Load. Genetics is actually the smaller part of those three. The Microbial Load is what actually determines the majority of what happens to the foods you eat, & of you have spent time and effort promoting a healthy variety, then they do a better job at nourishing your body with the foods you eat, however, genetics does have an influence on what has an easier time surviving, and those who gain weight easily have rather efficient systems...since the body is extracting far more energy than it is consuming. Skinny people & those that have a hard time gaining weight have inefficient systems, their body's mechanisms consume more energy than the supporting microbial load can effectively extract. Evolution is weird.

Yeah...you could end up seriously injured if those claws got you. The big ones are enough to send you to the Emergency Department of a hospital. Not to mention the Antennae are like small whips, & they can hurt too.
