Hey Yooil , I will suggest you to not studs continuously for hours instead try this technique - to study for half hour and take five minutes rest or study 1 hour and take 10 min rest. It will surely make you more productive as I was doing the same mistake but came to know about this and now I had improved my performance and my marks by this. You can too do that.
