@Badea Marin Thanks for all the advice lol nothing i haven't heard before, I'm actually doing beach body, Great for beginners! last time i did it i lost 40 pounds, and then i quit, i gained 10 of the 40 back and decided it was time to start again, cause holidays suck for eating healthy lol. and so i've lost 15 since starting back 5 more then when i quit and i need 20 to 25 more pounds to be at my goal weight! I hope you know that when i say "torture" i dont actually mean TORTURE lol hopefully i can update you once i'm on my goal weight and like you said keep it off!
