Omg! This is definitely the most authentic American pecan pie that I have ever watched an Asian mukbang ever had! At the first sight of the pie I already knew it must be delicious. But the ice cream doesn't look good at all lol. Zero sugar is only good that the substitute is fully made by plant based but not chemical stuff otherwise it would be more harmful to your health and break down your metabolism system. And trust me - most of the zero sugar products on the market including zero sugar sodas were all made by chemical stuffs 🤧 Almost all the nutritionists/specialists will tell you opt to honey or maple/date syrup instead of zero sugar sweetener . But back to the pie, omg so yummy! Such a good menu choice🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻✨🔥🔥🔥

Erythritol: low calorie but can cause digestive problems at high doses; 3.
