Ooo yeah, that's a good idea! I'll have to make a UI + keybinds/macros video at some point. For now, I'll say I use esdf for movement, and my main rotational abilities are bound to rtgvc. I also have a mouse with 4 buttons, so I have all of those bound and scroll wheel. For macros I use a shadowdance + symbols macro, a tricks macro to always tricks the tank, and focus kick/stuns/blind macros with /cqs.

Wow, thanks! I've been working pretty hard on improving my gameplay since starting to play rogue a couple months ago, so it's great to hear it's starting to come through :) The thing that helps me is having a plan for every scenario; going into a pack I know exactly what buttons I'm going to press before we even start, and I know what I'm going to kick and just put it on focus. I recommend picking one thing at a time and working on it, trying to consistently improve from one run to the next, and watching your own gameplay or checking logs to see if you're improving. My cooldown weakaura has a couple sound cues: wago.io/GzW4T3_nC The robot beep notifies me that symbols is ready to press, and the "bam" notifies me that I'm capped on shadowdance charges and need to press it asap

You said you ran out of kicks when you were soloing your marked mob in the second pack. Don't forget to use blind. You're sub not sin. Rupture falling off is worth it sometimes to stop incoming casts. You're play is pretty good for sure! You might try using First Sigil macro'ed with Flag.

I play Sin exclusively and plan to learn sub for the first time ever. Been playing since Vanilla. Sin AoE is not fun compared to the ease of Sub. I'm jealous hahaha. Sin has more throughput single target if you can master the rotation add manage the bleeds.

Thank you! Yeah sometimes I think I should slow the gameplay down when doing reviews so I miss fewer things. Agreed that ignoring rupture for a bit is totally worth to not miss a stop!

Sub rogue is quite good in m+! Our damage is competitive, but usually the lowest in keys. What we lack in damage we make up in utility, mostly via stops and immunities.

Why do you rupture on one target on +4 mobs?

Hi! I'll use rupture on priority targets. Usually if there are 4+ mobs I won't both with rupture at all, unless there's a target that has more HP than the others, or there's a dangerous mob and the extra DPS is valuable.

Don't you prefere to use tidyplates for the combo point tracking? It allows you to see your combo points without looking away from the adds. I've already created the habit of watching your videos every Monday. As always great video!

Glad you're enjoying the videos :) I just added a combo point + energy weakaura, I had previously been looking at my player frame but decided to consolidate everything into my weakauras. Adding CP to the target nameplate is a good idea, I'll have to see if I can do that with ElvUI nameplates! I'm mostly looking at my weakauras and focus frame (to watch for kicks), but having CP on my target nameplate would be helpful when target swapping or if I'm watching my target nameplate for another stop.

@@cocomojo-gg elvui allows you to use tidyplates. It evens sets the whole thing for you. But there must be a way to do so through it.

Oh awesome! I also found some setting in ElvUI that enables it too. I'm going to try it out, may check out tidyplates too in case it looks cooler than ElvUI's CP bar :) Thanks again for the tip!

So what I do for stalkers is open>flag on 5-6 cps>kidney (with prey on the weak talented)> nado and ALL cds> spam eviscerates. It is extremely valuable, especially on fortified weeks, that the stalker dies asap.

Ooo I like that idea! Agreed that killing the stalker fast on fort weeks is high value. I'll have to try funneling them as well, I definitely spend too much of this key pressing black powder in the maze.

@@cocomojo-gg Hell yeah! It definitely doesn't feel good doing a lot of funnel at first, but when you run with a group that knows what you're doing they'll appreciate it ;)

@@grahamvandyke I don't mind it myself, I don't really care about being at the top of the damage meters, all I care about is timing keys! It's a useful damage profile to bring to the team, but I mostly find funnel opportunities when there's one mob with way more HP than the rest. I should start looking for cases where there's a dangerous mob and killing it quickly will make the pull safer

Yes! This is one thing I need to work on. It feels clunky to use in single target, but it's definitely a dps gain.

I just got 2pc on my sub rogue also and my sim difference was so small it recommended using my higher ilvl non tier, feeeeeeels badddd

Ooof, that's rough :( mine simmed around 400 dps higher in single target, not huge by any means, but it does feel noticeable and it also makes the rotation feel a bit smoother when I'm getting procs. Was there a huge ilvl difference between your tier and non-tier pieces?
