It shall be towards the downwind side of the facility because there will be less effect of radiation and less of less effect of dispressed gas in the facility. Please someone tell me am I right or wrong?

if teh gas is a mixture and it has a iner gas in it (like carbon dioxide), how shall I calculate the falre diameter?
