Practice eating it. I used to can't eat spicy food at all, but My family does. I just eat their food diluted or in small portions and built up gradually. From a girl who can't even handle the typical korean "Shin" ramen, I can eat the Chicken fire noodles easily now😂😂

It lowkey broke my heart to read that. It was a very long post and she touched on other subjects as well so I'm pretty bummed out that she deleted it. She also said she was embarrassed to post it cause she had been drinking that day. So her thoughts might have been influenced by alcohol on top of everything.
