Damn this video kinda reminds me that life is still sometimes slow and cozy and nice, you know? It reminds me that not every single minute of free time should be spent studying otherwise I'll feel horribly guilty. Or that I should watch what I eat with every meal and that I should enjoy my food. It reminds me that life isn't always about who's best, who's smarter, who's prettier. It reminds me that we can make our own happiness and live in it. I just want to be happy, put my worries at ease and live, not just exist.

I miss the old days when Mom was making us these food and I was a kid I didn't know what depression or anxiety or low self-esteem or a job . I was living life . That's what we're missing today we think alot about the future and what people say and we put on our mind that if you weren't successful or rich you won't live a good life but we tend to forget that having fun in this life is what matter . Money,job all this will fade away as we die . What's the point of wasting all this time running for something that won't benefit us after all and would make us far from our loved ones . What's the point of all of this . We question about why life is so shitty or hard but we tend to forget that we are responsible for what's happening to us who made these standard these rules of living that only famous and successful and rich people live ? Only us .....

Se que nadie lo leerá pero esta bien Honestamente,hoy fue un día difícil para mí,hace unos minutos estava empapada en lágrimas y este video me tranquilizó muchísimo Estoy en la etapa de la adolescencia,donde nadie comprende,te sientes inútil,vacio,solo Pero siempre fui así,siempre fui de exigirme más siempre fui muy perfeccionista,con una actitud pesimista pero nunca dejé que esto afecte a los demás,si voy a sufrir prefiero hacerlo yo sola y no involucrar a nadie Últimamente,bueno,desde hace unos meses que me siento cansada pero no hago nada,el cambio de rutina me estresa demasiado y acaban de terminar las clases en donde yo vivo,entonces significa más tiempo para pensar y gracias a esto me deprimo muy rápido Intento enfocarme en lo que yo sé que me gusta,que es el arte Específicamente el dibujo y el baile,pero siento que lo estoy haciendo mal,me e visto bailr y siento que no se me da muy bien(aunque las pocas personas que me vieron bailando me dijeron lo contrario),también los dibujos no me quedan tan mal pero...aún así me siento inútil E estado pensando en ir a un psicólogo (mi hermana mayor me dio la idea)pero,soy menor de edad y no puedo ir sola Mi papá y yo no nos llevamos bien,mi mamá dice que eso es perder tiempo y mi abuela,bueno ella parece importarle pero no tiene tiempo para mi,tiene muchos nietos y bastante ya con que me deja quedarme en su casa para evitar discusiones en la mía También estoy teniendo problemas con mis preferencias sexuales,pero no estoy segura de que me gusta si los chicos o las chicas o los dos y se que es normal,casi todos pasan por esto en esta edad,pero en una familia homofóbica es difícil así que es otro problema más para guardarme Otro tema es la baja autoestima,es que,me es IMPOSIBLE no verme en el reflejo de algo y sentirme mal Me siento fea,ridícula, y es algo que estuve tratando de cambiar hace tiempo pero no logro hacer,hasta llege a hacer ayuno con tal de adelgazar,y eso que estoy en mi peso normal,casi bajo peso. Intente hablarlo con mi mamá a este tema pero solo me dice que esta cansada,y que de seguro de me pasara con el tiempo,que es solo una etapa pero ¿y si no es así?¿y si esto nunca cambia?¿voy a vivir encerrada en amargura toda mi vida? Me gustaría poder decirle todo esto a mi familia pero nunca nadie tiene tiempo,siempre o es la universidad de mi hermana o es los problemas de mi hermano ¿y yo? Todos se desquitar con migo,o me cuentan sus problemas e inseguridades,y esta bien,también hay gente (como mi papá ) que se desquitar con migo a gritos,insultos y tengo miedo de que esto algún día sean golpes Wow,escribí una Biblia, lo siento si esto tiene fallas ortográficas,gracias si es que leíste todo

Lo que te puedo decir quizaas pueda interesarte o talvez no pero hace unos años creo que si muy bien por esa etapa,cuando estaba en primero de secundaria me juntaba con unas amigas que decian cosas como de la vida no tiene sentido y así, ellas se cortaban y yo nunca lo habia hecho nunca prestaba atencion a nada ni a mis gustos tampoco me importaba perder sus amistades,en ese entonces otras compañeras me hacian bullyng me habentaban comida me escondian mis cosas pero ami no me importaba no convivia mucho con mi familia y pronto igual estas amigas dejaron de incluirme , yo no sentia que fueran mis amigas, despues me comenzo a volver a interesar un chico que me habia gustado desde siempre pero no le daba importancia y aqui escuando comence a enfocarme deacido en ello pues queria que me notara digo era parte de los que me llavaba bien pero por quererlo demaciado no me queria a mi, pensaba porque no me quiere es que me falta esto lo otro,yo siempre desde pequeña habia sido rrellenita no mucho pero yo me sentia asi mi familia me lo decia primos que veia debes en cuando me hacian sentir incomoda por ello,entonces el chico que me gustaba comenzo a salir con una muchacha que se le habia declarado, y sabiendo que eso era pasajero ya decidi nuevamente en que no me volviera a importar nada asi un dia decidi intentar hacer lo que mis ex amigas hacian cortarme se sentia bien como una forma de desquitar con uno mismo esos problemas mentales, comia poco y para olvidarme de todo me exedia en ejercicio despues me enfe d me pero mi familia nunca supo porque no tenia ganas de nada ya nisiquiera de pararme de mi cama ni tampoco llorar o hablar......pronto sane, y el tiempo paso, meses, años........poco a poco me di cuenta de que no nesesito a nadie asi al igual que tu cuando intentaba decirselo a mi familia no les tenia suficiente confianza, ......todo lo que nesesitaba era yo es confiar en mi ahora me veo al espejo y busco que detalle que veia mal en mi ahora es hermoso, y lo que me digan los demas esas son sus opiniones yo se lo que soy realmente,....ahora tratode comer sano me comenzo a interesar los deportes y las artes que son algo en lo que yo se que siempre he sido buena y trato de mejorarlas,...ademas de que he conocido nuevas personas con las que convivo mejor,ya no pienso rrevajarme por nadie............quizas pronto entiendas que cuando menos lo esperes encontraras lo que quieres,y pues si nesesitas a alguien con quien puedas hablar puedes tratar de decirmelo, claro aunque se que no me conoces y sera dificil,pero creo que puedo entenderte.(igual perdona errores ortograficos mios) espero lo leas.

Ten paciencia. No seas tan dura contigo misma, se que cuesta mucho porque he estado en tu lugar, pero eres joven y mientras más pronto aprendas a construir una buena relación contigo misma, el futuro va a ser más llevadero. :) ojalá yo lo hubiese entendido más joven... por otro lado, lo del psicólogo quizá sea una gran idea. Hay una app llamada Doc emotions, es gratis, y ofrece terapia psicológica 24/7 no importa si eres pequeña. Ojalá re sirva. Un abrazo y mis mejores deseos para ti.

Me encuentro, en esa etapa de mi vida en la que nada me apasiona, todo lo hago por deber, me siento aburrida, nada de lo que hago me gusta, siento que soy inútil, siento que mi familia espera mucho de mí y ese peso me hace sentir con una gran responsabilidad y tengo tanto miedo de ser una decepción para ellos, muchas veces llegan pensamientos a mi de lo que desearía ser o hacer, y se me hace tan difícil, pero, realmente no sé qué es lo que quiere mi corazón. Esto es pasajero y sé que lo voy a superar, voy a tomar tiempo para mí, de pensar y tomar buenas decisiones, de buscar más a fondo lo que me gusta, de encontrarme a mi misma y tener ese amor propio que me hace falta. Me comprometo a vivir la vida que yo deseo y no la que los demás quieren que viva.
