Poor Taiyou, I don't know about anyone else but that ending served as a firm reminder to me that Taiyou is still a little kid fighting in the Under20, a tournament that is mostly high schoolers. He's a really strong fighter and easily outclasses a lot of people there but is still just a kid.

GP G era is one shot call power up deck. Before that new gurguit that day this is the hardest deck to win with. Cost for card are small since you have sc/cc at the cost of your deck.

for those who said Shion couldn't have stride during his final turn, y'all didn't pay much attention. with Alectos, and Damascus, Shion had 5 cards in hand. he let Gurguit hit which gave him a trigger. Henrinus was attacking for 39k which shion blocked, using the two critical triggers in his hand and an intercept. Then Kinarius attacked f which shion used Scouting owl, his last intercept and 2 cards from hand. That means Shion still had 1 card in his hand left which was altmile. So when he stand and draw the card he drew must've been Escort Eagle. The only error I see that was made during all that was he guarded too much to block Kinarius.

I knew it was going to turn out like that... the protagonist is always the last one to qualify for something... Next episode looks interesting, Noa vs Chrono, and with Noa's new power, things could get intense! Also look at Tokoha's face at 26:12. I think she's seeing what's going on and that Chrono is in a dangerous situation, so she's worried about him. It's also funny how she's the only other character to appear in the preview (Kazuma was just there to show the fight). I'm hyped for next episode. Also error noticed at 7:21: Taiyou's Gurguit unit has the card backing of a G Unit. Also realized they didn't put a Title name on this one (they've been putting the episode name in the video title since NEXT started). I think it may just be because the name was so long, they couldn't fit it into the text box.

JK, but like in all seriousness, any other player in Taiyou's position at that point would've (should've) gone Glorious instead of Radiant, which would've given Taiyou 5 total attacks instead of just 3. He also would've been able to keep the other Flame o' Victory in hand for a later guard.

He doesn't have glorious reigning , Even if he made more attacks with Heavenly law, It wouldn't of mattered since they would be easily guarded and using Radiant sword gurguit was a pretty good move since he powered up His rear guards and shion Would of lost if it weren't for his damage trigger, Also reason he strode Into radiant Sword was because if all 3 attacks went through Due to their high power Then taiyou would win.
