Kumi and Noa would have no reason to fight. Since CBD is most likely working for the same person Shiranui is, theyre trying to find a "vessel" for their boss I dont think someone whos lost to someone who lost to Saori would be of much intrest to their boss at all. So Noa wouldnt accept a challenge from Kumi and Noa wouldnt even bother to challenge Kumi. And Kumi doesnt have any personal connections to Team New Nippon, while Team Striders does, so it would probably make sense for one of them to battle Noa (or Team New Nippon themselves).

Well, you're in for a long ride. The original series of Cardfight Vanguard has over 195 episodes, and the final season (Legion Mate) was never dubbed, but is still fairly important. There is also a movie called Neon Messiah - you must watch it if you want to make sense of the cast in G. After that, G has 4 seasons, in the following order: G, Girs Crisis, Stride Gate, NEXT, and we're going for a fifth. And FINALLY, if you want to know EVERYTHING about the plot, you must visit the wikia and read the lords of the cards, because they provide important background information. Especially from G and onwards. There is also a manga, but it has a completely different plot and it's impossible to find online - only the first 13 chapters if you're REALLY thorough with your search.

Chrono’s speeches put me to sleep. Not only does he say the same thing over and over using different words but all his statements lack actual facts to back them up and to top it off, he is WRONG. Unlike Aichi, he’s never been to Cray and doesn’t know that humans in fact DO decide the fate of the units with vanguard and that is inevitable as long as humans play vanguard. Seasons 1, 2 and 3 made that pretty clear.

Somehow, I don't think Chrono is going to win. If Chrono wins, Onimaru Kazumi is no longer a threat and/or Shiranui returns to Cray, and Chrono is set to be the one who's Diffrided, by the looks of things, so either Kazumi wins here, or something else has been lined up without foreshadowing.
