I like most seafood. I grew up in the state of Tasmania here in Australia. In a small fishing town. My grandfather was a crab and lobster/crayfish fisherman. I only dislike mussels, oysters and I recently tried sea urchin and it’s a no. Scallops are delicious when cooked perfectly. Otherwise they will be extremely chewy. I only use the white part. Never the orange part. The roe is always too strong for me. If you want to try more seafood, trying something like scallops cooked in butter with some garlic and then squeeze some lemon juice over them would be delicious! ❤
