One thing I like about your meals is how filling and fundamentally healthy they are, you don't have a secret method of being skinny you just know what is good for your diet. Meals that are filling and good to digest, getting your intake of water for the day and keeping yourself active by walking around and being a butler for your cats. It took an entire plague for me to actually realize that. I'm thankful for your Channel and showing me what healthy lifestyle looks like. Also baby breaths are so resilient, I bought some recently and they are magnificent.
