The day he was appointed as the chairman of recruitment board he resigned from UTF and declared not to teach students there anymore, I dont know about Dr. Partha but Bg. Budhilian Hrangkhaw is a man of his words, In his chairmanship i know he will do his 200% for conducting examination in fair means, Check his number of transfers in his service career, In this era an honest and good govt. Employee can also be tracked down by his number of transfers, No politician would like him because he always does for the welfare of people not the politicians.
