Nice job 😅….. sadly it seems more and more I see a lot of “hacks” ,….and untrained technicians in our industry… I also have to go behind guys who obviously didn’t know what they were doing… But it makes the whole industry look bad… Thank you for posting these videos… I think they will help the next generation of technicians to learn how to repair the subzero units… There’s very little training in so many parts of the United States… We just have to learn from KZbin😅

You don't offer training?

@@mohnewyork1082 What kind of training?
@ike79335 ай бұрын
@@mohnewyork1082 yes we do…. we do offer in-house training, and we have a school that we rely heavily on for new technicians… There’s also continuing education with specialized classes for sealed systems that we send our technicians to… However, I have seen where people apply for a job at our company and they say they have 10 years of experience… but the fact is after two months working at our company we have discovered that they are complete hacks… After they told us they were experienced professionals…😓 the solution is to give them a six month probationary period , And watch them like a hawk…(and also Explain to them what we expect, etc.… ) And they have to prove to us that they follow all of our rules and guidelines, etc.… And some time goes by, then we can develop a trusting relationship between the technician and the ownership of the company… But that does not happen overnight. we do a lot of in-house training… But very often it’s easier to let people who are specializing in Applance repairs and refrigeration training teach our guys…..😀

there's nothing better to take on a job than experience.
